How Do I Dial a Vanity Number on my Blackberry?

To dial a vanity 800 number from a Blackberry, all you have to do is hold down the ALT key.  By holding down the ALT key, you can dial the letters on the
phone’s keyboard, spelling out any phone number you need.  It’s that simple.  And, it’s possible from any smart phone, not just the Blackberry brand.  It’s also important to note that newer smart phones, like the Droid and the iPhone use the standard phone keypad – so the letters are visible on the number keys.  You can just dial a vanity 800 number as you would from a land line phone.
