business relationship must comply with the following standards:
-
All e-mail messages must identify themselves as an advertisement. The

to this rule is if the message is sent upon “affirmative consent” (e.g.,
an opt-in relationship).

that the recipient may opt-out of future e-mails along with a mechanism
for opting-out of future communication from 800response. This opt-out
function must continue to work for at least 30 days.
-
All e-mail messages must include a postal mailing address for
800response. Every commercial email message must include
the Sender's valid physical postal mailing address.
-
The e-mail may not contain any false or misleading transmission
information. Headers (such as the “From” or “To” line)
that are technically accurate but misrepresentative of the message's
true origins are prohibited.
-
The e-mail may not contain any deceptive subject headings. Subject
headings that mislead the recipient as to the true nature of the message’s
content are prohibited.

E-mail transmissions after objection are prohibited .
You cannot send a message to a recipient more than 10 days after the recipient
has opted-out of the list.
