Rick has over 30 years in business-to-business sales with the last 24 years in the telecommunications sector. Throughout his career he has held the post as Director, Vice President and President of his own consulting company. His resume includes the development of well over 2,000 sales reps in the art of product knowledge and selling techniques. Rick’s accomplishments also include the development of Customer Service teams with a goal of delivering exceptional customer service in the eyes of the customer. Prior to joining 800response, Rick consulted with and held senior positions for three start-up telecommunications companies.
