Inside Sales Account Managers: Business-to-Business

We are growing and need additional sales professionals to join our inside sales team. Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with outbound telephone sales experience and excellent communication and relationship building skills - familiarity with contact management software a plus. Current Account Managers at 800response are making upwards of $80,000, including base salary, commissions, quarterly bonuses, and annual travel rewards. A generous benefits package is also provided. Customer Service Representative:

We are seeking individuals with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor to join our Customer Service department.

Responsibilities include providing information directly to and ensuring the satisfaction of our business customers, maintaining our customer database and tracking orders. 800response offers competitive compensation and an outstanding benefits package.

The Customer Service Representative position requires an individual with a
4-year degree. Familiarity with computers and an ability to handle multiple, competing deadlines under pressure, are essential.

Web Developer: PHP/MySQL

We are seeking a skilled web application developer to join our team in helping us take our customer facing suite of browser-based call reporting and tracking applications into the realm of Web 2.0 and beyond.

You must be a serious web application developer, with experience in designing and building flexible, scaleable, and secure web-based systems. We require:

At least 3 years of professional experience using PHP, MySQL, XHTML & JavaScript.
A strong familiarity with the Apache Web server and its operation on Linux.
Familiarity with development environments including GUI code editors, version control software and database front-ends.
Excellent system architecture and application/database design skills.

Special consideration will be given to candidates who have demonstrable experience with AJAX technologies and XML as well as the Linux command line.

Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Flash are a plus.
